cool software! it would be nice if you had the original drum/bass loops that are shipped with the Jamman because some of mine got deleted somehow. I dont know if that is a malfunction or not?

Is this software still alive? I had an installation problem and sent a few messages to the support & sales email addresses but received no response.
I eventually bought LooperTools Pro. I had to wait ages for my unlock code. The software worked for a while and now does not work at all. I tried to reach support with no success. Its been 3 months or so since I last used the software. My refund requests are also falling on deaf ears. I think this company is out of business.
If it is not it should be!!!
