SE and Pro 1.1 Are Here!!!

I am very happy to announce that LooperTools Pro and an update to SE, version 1.1, have both been released and are available for immediate purchase or trial at the www.LooperTools.com website!

In addition to Vista compatibility, they both offer numerous bug fixes and functional upgrades. Pro adds a host of audio editing and filtering commands, as well as the ability to convert MP3's to JamMan compatible WAV files, manually or on-the-fly while dragging! THIS MONTH ONLY: existing customers can upgrade from LooperTools 1.0 SE to LooperTools 1.1 Pro for only $25. In March, the upgrade price goes to $35, so get your upgrade soon and lock-in some savings.

The price of a new license for LooperTools 1.1 SE stays at $34.99, while the price for the new LooperTools Pro is $59.99. There is no cost to upgrade from LooperTools 1.0 SE to 1.1 SE.

LooperTools Pro Slated for Release this Month!

Happy 2007 Everyone!

LooperTools, as you've guessed, has been relatively dormant over the past 6 months due to a variety of factors. However, I'm pleased to annouce that LooperTools is back in active development and we will be releasing both an update to LooperTools SE and the new LooperTools Pro by the end of this month - January, 2007!

The update to LooperTools SE will be free of charge to all paid users and the price to new users will remain unchanged, so there is no reason to wait until its release to make a purchase.

Also, I plan to attend Winter NAMM next week (probably on Saturday) in Anaheim, CA and will be looking for looping information and new opportunities in the music software world - stay tuned for updates. If you are going to be there, let me know, it would be great to meet you in person.

LooperTools 1.10 Pro and SE have gone to beta. We expect to release the final versions of these applications before the end of June. Stay tuned for the announcement!

Just wanted to give you all an update. Development toward the final release is nearly complete. Right-click context menus have been implemented, as well as cut-copy-paste functionality. Other notable enhancements/fixes include file color-coding (based on JamMan usability), conversion between mp3 and wav formats, looping of playback through the pc and much better and more intuitive library file/directory entry (via the dropdown box above the library list).

I think the final release will be great, feedback from the beta testers has been a great help in determining what to implement.
